Her time has come, let the battle begin.
Linda Kelly is the most popular mom in Heavenly Park. A gated community in California filled with the richest, and sometimes snobbiest, women in the world. As founder, and president, of The Local Mom’s Party Club, Linda is looking to pass the baton after a five year run. But who’s going to be the lucky mom? As a joke, they all tell Stacey Singur, who’s been Linda’s grunt, and the butt of all their jokes, that they want her to be president. Stacey is honored and can’t wait to serve their private community up with some fun and exciting parties. She thinks the women are finally going to take her seriously. But the jokes on her as she’s invited to an event to celebrate her new role and is sent to and abandoned house on the south side of town where nobody shows up. The real party is going on at Linda’s house where she officially announces Pamela Scott as the new president of LMPC. Stacey is crushed, and humiliated. Again. When Stacey refuses to work with Pam she’s shunned by all the ladies and cast out of the cool crowd. Nobody in town will socialize with her, and they all talk and whisper as she goes by.
Stacey hates being treated like dirt and ignored and struggles to find the inner strength to fight back. She’s finally had enough when she learns the big end of year celebration party, the party of the year, has been scheduled on the weekend she’s going away to visit her mother. That’s it. Now it’s war. She finds a couple of other local moms who’ve been outcast like her. They start gathering info on the party, who’s going, what’s happening, etc. The second act is filled with planning, searching for information, almost getting caught, and finally getting all the pieces together.
Everything is in place for Stacey to get the revenge of her life.
